Detailed tour description:
We start the day snorkeling in the sea and let ourselves be surprised what the underwater world has to offer us. We can spot some coral formations, colorful fish and with a bit of luck, turtles and rays.
After a short drive we explore the underworld of the Mayas - a mystical, closed cenote awaits us. We swim through the cave with flashlights and can enjoy the various formations.
Before we continue, we strengthen ourselves with a local lunch, as is customary in Mexico :-)
Then the journey continues and we reach our last program point. We get into our boats and first travel over two freshwater lagoons, where the blaze of color alone is an eye-catcher.
After reaching the mangrove canal we go into the water and just relax and drift through the beautiful landscape. At the end of the canal, a wooden footbridge takes us back to the boats, which take us back to where we started.
Look forward to an eventful day, during which you can get to know 3 different bodies of water.
