Tour guide:
All tours and excursions will be accompanied by a certified guide (english, spanish or french available)
Start time:
We suggest you to start the excursions early in the morning, to avoid the providers with massive groups.
But of course we adapt to your personal needs and you and your travel party can decide when to start.
Transfer directly from and to the hotel:
Round-trip transfers are included for all hotels in Playa del Carmen, as well as for all hotels between the hotel "Valentin Imperial" (approx. 20 km north of Playa d. C.) and Tulum (approx. 65 km south of Playa d. C .)
Guests with hotels from Puerto Morelos up to and including Cancun:
Round- trip transfers are included on the tours Isla Contoy & Isla Mujeres and Whale sharks.
For all other excursions, a transfer is possible for a surcharge.
Food & Beverage:
Sufficient drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) & food are always included on all tours throughout the day.
We provide an alternative selection for vegetarians or allergy sufferers or similar.
Photos:
You will receive all photos of our excursions in a digital album, except for the Whale shark tour.
Children:
We welcome children of all ages. Children receive a discount on the tour prices.
Prices:
Our prices already include all costs such as fees, transfers, taxes and admissions. We use dynamic pricing, according to the size of your travel party.
Reservation:
For reservation a down payment of 25% must be done. Your reservation is free of any cancellation costs up to 48 hours before the tour.

Animals:
The welfare of animals and nature is very important to us. Therefore, all the animals that we can see on our excursions are in their natural environment. They are neither fed nor attracted.
Therefore we cannot guarantee to find them, but the chances are very good.
Private customized and exclusive tours:
All our tours are private end exclusively for your travel-group. All tours can be customized as well.. We are happy to offer you tailor-made tours on request. Just ask for an individual offer according to your personal interests and preferences.
